Short version: content you submit for analysis (slide text, email drafts, LinkedIn profiles, self-reviews, negotiation scripts, pitch decks) is sent to an AI for analysis and immediately discarded. We do not store it. When you run the LinkedIn diagnostic, your profile URL and public name are logged for usage tracking. If you submit the early access form, your contact details are saved in Supabase and sent to us as a private Telegram notification.
Who we are
Level 0 is a suite of professional communication diagnostics operated at level0.pro. Tools include deck, email, pitch, negotiation, LinkedIn profile, and performance review diagnostics — all powered by AI.
What we collect and why
1. Diagnostic content (text you submit for analysis)
When you paste text, upload a file, or submit content across any Level 0 diagnostic tool, that content is:
- Sent to a third-party AI API (Groq, OpenRouter, or Anthropic) for analysis
- Returned as your scored result and then discarded
- Not stored by Level 0 at any point
This applies to: slide text, email drafts, pitch narratives, negotiation scripts, self-review drafts, and LinkedIn profile content (pasted sections or screenshot extracts).
PDF and PPTX files are extracted in your browser — the raw file never leaves your device. Third-party AI providers have their own data retention policies. We use them in API mode (no training on inputs). Review their policies: Groq, OpenRouter, Anthropic.
2. LinkedIn profile analysis
When you run the LinkedIn diagnostic using a URL, we make a server-side request to read your public profile page. The text content is passed to the AI for analysis and discarded immediately. We do not cache or store the profile text.
However, when analysis runs, the following is logged to our database:
- Your LinkedIn profile URL
- Your public display name (if detectable from the page)
- A timestamp and source label (level0.pro/linkedin)
This usage log is used to understand how the tool is being used. It is not sold or shared. You can request deletion by emailing us.
3. Early access form
If you submit the interest form (name, email, company type, industry, social handle), that data is:
- Stored in our Supabase database
- Sent to us as a private Telegram notification
- Used only to contact you about Level 0 access
- Not sold, shared, or used for advertising
- Deletable on request — email us and it is gone
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance and visitor counts. These collect anonymous, aggregated data (page views, country, browser type). No personal identifiers. No cross-site tracking. No advertising profiles.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel's analytics are cookieless by design. The diagnostics run in your browser session with no persistent identifiers set by Level 0. Theme and language preferences are stored in localStorage on your device only.
Data retention
- Diagnostic content (text, profiles, files): not retained. Discarded when the API call completes.
- LinkedIn analysis log (URL + name): retained in Supabase until you request deletion.
- Early access form data: retained in Supabase and our Telegram chat until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data: retained by Vercel per their policy (typically 30 days for detailed logs).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 14 days.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
